Requirements for PGCA Membership

A. New Applicant

1. Send/Submit personally the requirements to:
   Dr. Chit Salonga
   Centro Escolar University
   Manila
   1. 2 pcs. 2x2 colored ID with white background
   2. Certificate of employment (past and present employers)
   3. Transcript of Records
      - Graduate
      - Undergraduate
2. Membership Committee will evaluate requirements.
3. Upon approval pay Php500 at PNB ((PGCA Savings Acct. No. 275-596465 -7)

B. Active Member

1. Renew Membership Fee
2. Payment of Php500 may be made through:
   PNB (PGCA Savings Acct. No. 275-596465-7)

FOR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

For Certificate of Active Membership

1. If you have attended 2 National PGCA-sponsored activities from 2004-2007
   you are considered as an active member.
2. If you have attended only 1 National PGCA sponsored activity from 2004-2007
   your attendance in 1 activity from 2004-2007 in the PGCA local chapter or in guidance – related professional organizations will be considered .Your active membership in the following organizations are acceptable: PACERS, CDAP, GCP, PACC, PAPSHP, DAGCO.
   
   NOTE: Attendance in 2 activities in the local chapter/guidance- related professional organizations will NOT be considered as active membership in PGCA.
